Belinda Konik

Growing up in Tamworth, Belinda moved to Newcastle in 2002 and commenced working in the legal profession. Having held a variety of roles in the profession (including as a licensed conveyancer) and having a general love of the law and assisting clients with their legal issues, Belinda decided to undertake a Bachelor of Laws part-time in 2014 and was admitted to practice in 2021. Drawing on her extensive residential and commercial property law experience, as a solicitor, Belinda has added commercial law to her skillset.

 

Belinda now works alongside Micah undertaking a range of commercial law and business-related legal matters including business and share sales, shareholders agreements and joint venturing, contract reviews, hotel sales and purchases, liquor licensing transactions and employment law.  

 

When not at work, Belinda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, spending time in the great outdoors, listening to music and the occasional podcast.
