Jasmine was formerly based in Brisbane, where she worked and studied, following on from an exciting childhood spent living and attending school in various parts of Australia including South Coast NSW, the Northern Territory, Christmas Island, and far North Coast NSW.
She graduated from Griffith University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), and worked as a Law Clerk at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions in Brisbane where she gained valuable experience assisting lawyers and prosecutors in criminal appeal matters.
Following her family’s move to Newcastle in 2014, Jasmine has for the past several years been balancing career progression with motherhood. She sought out part-time employment for a barrister who she assisted with complex family law cases involving custody disputes, property disputes, domestic violence, and crime. Following this, she decided it was time to explore life back inside the office, where she developed a new-found interest in the area of property law.
Outside of work, Jasmine is found spending time with her husband and their two young children. She enjoys the beach, travel, reading, cooking and the occasional bushwalk/camping adventure.
