Jenkins Legal Team adds more experience

Boutique legal firm Jenkins Legal Services (JLS) has further strengthened its position with Legal Director Micah Jenkins welcoming property lawyer, Charmian Seil, to the team.

Charmian is an experienced property lawyer and skilled in a diverse range of property transactions. Her portfolio of work covers all property types including residential, commercial, rural, ‘off the plan’, strata title, community title, qualified title, old system title, company title and leasehold.

Prior to her admission as a lawyer in 2013, Charmian completed an Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing. As a result, Charmian has gained over 11 years’ transactional property law experience while working for both small and mid-tier firms in Sydney.

In addition to her property law experience, Charmian offers clients her knowledge and experience of commercial law; property litigation including strata title, landlord and tenancy, boundary, fence, tree and building defects disputes; banking and finance; debt recovery and wills and estates.

Charmian has appeared in various jurisdictions including the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal, Local Court, Supreme Court and the NSW Court of Appeal. She is currently completing her Master of Laws at the University of New South Wales.

Legal Director, Micah Jenkins, said the new appointment follows two others announced early this year.

“Since opening the doors late last year, work has grown beyond expectations requiring JLS to further expand to better meet the needs of our growing client base.”

“Charmian will provide expert guidance not only across all facets of property law but also commercial law matters,” Mr Jenkins said.
