About Andrew

Andrew was admitted to practice as a lawyer in 2018 after graduating from the University of Newcastle with a Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Andrew’s practice spans a broad range of litigation and commercial matters, including contractual disputes, building defects and other real property disputes, debt recovery, restraints of trade and equitable claims. He also advises private and not-for-profit clients on governance, contracts and regulatory compliance.

​

Prior to joining JLA, Andrew practised in the Northern Territory as an insurance lawyer for a large multinational law firm and as a civil law solicitor for Legal Aid. He has also acted for insurers in relation to workers compensation claims in NSW.

​

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his young family, playing sport and learning languages.
