Emily Leggett

Emily joined Jenkins Legal & Advisory in 2025 and practices primarily in property law. She is known for her approachable and down-to-earth manner, and places great importance on building strong relationships with both new and existing clients, taking pride in being their trusted advisor.

 

Born and raised in the Newcastle region, Emily was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours Class II, Division I), a Diploma of Legal Practice, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Newcastle.

 

Emily has a strong and well-developed interest in property law and is committed to delivering high-quality legal advice tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
