Isaiah Broad

Isaiah Broad is a commercial lawyer with a background in both law and economics. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours Class I) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) from the University of Newcastle and was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

 

Isaiah works across a range of commercial and advisory matters, assisting clients with the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, business and shareholder arrangements, IP and general commercial advice. He also works on commercial disputes and litigation matters, including contractual, business-related and property-related litigation matters.

 

Prior to joining Jenkins Legal & Advisory, Isaiah worked at the Newcastle office of an international law firm, initially as a legal administrative assistant and later while completing his legal studies. This experience gave him early exposure to commercial legal practice and a strong appreciation of how matters are managed from both a legal and operational perspective.

 

Isaiah brings a practical and collaborative approach to his work and enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver clear and commercially grounded advice.

 

Outside of work, Isaiah enjoys the Lake Mac lifestyle. He has been involved with Lake Cinema for almost a decade and values its strong sense of community, including his involvement in the Australian International Movie Convention each year. He also enjoys spending time at the gym, riding his motorbike, travelling and exploring new food experiences.
